In search of meaning
In this period of unprecedented health crisis and growing uncertainty, the search for meaning at work is becoming an essential subject in our society. The definition may vary according to each individual’s situation, for example for an employee in a company this could be an objective to be achieved, for an executive director a strategy to be put in place, for a manager gaining support of his team.

They are perhaps more concerned about working time flexibility, adapted schedules, remote working, direct contact with the hierarchy because they seek autonomy in conjunction with gaining confidence of their management.
The search for meaning at work does not seem to be an overwhelming task, the fundamentals such as information, close relationships, exemplarity, trust, exchanges to better identify the expectations of employees are all recipes that prove their worth and contribute to the development of all.
